I have a bright, fully furnished double room available in leafy Eltham, just a 9-minute walk from Eltham Station and next to the beautiful Eltham Park South. The house is a 10 minute walk to the high street which has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, gyms and a cinema. Greenwich University Avery Hill campus is within walking distance also.

The Room:
- Double bed with orthopaedic mattress in a warm room
- Plenty of storage, including a modern built-in wardrobe and bedside tables
- Desk / Dressing table depending on needs
- Lots of natural light as desired through a large window with a view over the garden

The House:
- A large, spacious 4 bedroom house with two occupants
- The first floor of the house and the bathroom shared with a female student
- Common areas, lounge, kitchen and dining area, shared with one male and one female housemate
- One friendly cat also lives in the home also !
- Bills all included (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi)

Location:
Peaceful residential area beside near a park just a 9-minute walk to Eltham Station (Zone 4) with fast links to London Bridge (20 mins), Charing Cross (25 mins), Cannon Street (25 mins) & London Victoria (35 mins).

The household:
- One professional and one student
- We both like travel, comedies and studies
- We are both busy and tend to do our own thing after dinner so the house is usually quiet
- We tend not to cook big meals so the kitchen is usually free !

We're a fairly chilled household, internationally minded and we have a good sense of humour.
