Proper double room available (3.5m x 4m).

One of the biggest advantages of this room is that you'll only be sharing the house with one other person. Due to my work schedule, which includes nights and weekends and because I travel abroad regularly, there will be many times when you'll have the house largely to yourself.

The room comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures, including the TV (but not the PlayStation 5 🙂).

The house is well equipped and not a typical cheaply furnished rental. Everything is of a good standard, including the washing machine, fridge and other appliances. The kitchen also comes with an air fryer, rice cooker and all the usual appliances you might need.

There is a private rear garden, as shown in the pictures, and two parking spaces at the front of the property.

The property is around 10 minutes from Eltham Station (Zone 4), with regular services to London Victoria, London Bridge, and London Charing Cross.

I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and has common sense. If you're the type of person who cleans up after yourself and appreciates a well-kept home, we'll get along just fine.

If you decide to take the room, the landlord will carry out the usual referencing process.
