1 double bedroom in SE London🌟

Hey, I’m looking fill my spare bedroom around late Aug/early Sept.

The flat is a 2 bedroom, with a spacious living room (that I’ve attempted to make cosy!), located in Eltham, South East London. It was an unfurnished flat, so am slowly getting there with cute decor.

Ideally looking for a girl similar in age (mid-twenties) to move in! Hoping you’ll be super friendly, respectful, fun and would love to be friends with!

I’m 23, work in marketing in central London, so am in the office 4-5 days a week. I love cooking & dining, going for drinks (especially a thirsty Thursday!), exploring London, running and Pilates, socialising with friends, and have recently started getting into Padel! Enjoy having cute dinners and debriefs, so hopefully looking for plenty of those!

Transport links are good, with Eltham train station being only 5 minutes away, so only 20 mins to get to London Bridge! Trains go to Victoria (via Peckham Rye), Charing Cross & Cannon Street. Lots of buses too, and super easy to get to Greenwich Park (my fave for sunset walks!)

The flat is nice, and quiet too! I’ve attached some photos of it. The spare room is pictured, it’s currently my WFH set up which will be moved - it can be furnished!

Rent is £800pcm not incl bills! Council tax band C.
