I have two furnished rooms available at different times in my quiet, well-kept home in SE London.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and quiet person who genuinely loves cats. I have two very friendly cats, and as I travel regularly, it's important to me that whoever lives here is comfortable with cats and enjoys giving them some attention and affection while I'm away. 🐈❤️

This is a peaceful home rather than a party house, and I'm looking for someone considerate who will treat the house as their home and keep shared areas tidy.

Double room – £900/month
Available 8 November–14 December, and again from 23 December until the end of March.

Single room – £800/month
Available from 4 December onwards, with no fixed end date.

Both rooms are furnished and have:

- Pleasant views over the landscaped garden

The house has a recently refurbished bathroom, a well-equipped shared kitchen and a nice landscaped garden.

Free street parking is available in a quiet road.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me and my other lodger, as well as the garden.

The living room is not shared.

It is important that everyone keeps the kitchen and bathroom tidy and is considerate about their use. I particularly appreciate people who clean up after themselves and are mindful of how long they occupy shared spaces.

I normally host through Airbnb and am a Superhost, so I take cleanliness, communication and looking after the home seriously. I'm happy to provide my Airbnb listing and reviews as a reference.

💷 Rent includes

- All bills
- Wi-Fi
- Fortnightly cleaning of the common areas
- Bedding and towels
- Hangers
- Duvet and pillows

Deposit + one month's rent upfront.

The arrangement is monthly and automatically renewed each month. Either of us can end the arrangement by giving one month's notice.
A fixed contract it is also possible if you are looking for a specific shorter term.

- Kidbrooke Station – around 10 minutes' walk

- Waterloo East / Charing Cross / Cannon Street – around 23 minutes
- Victoria – around 28 minutes

Bus stop around 5 minutes away with buses towards:

- North Greenwich / The O2 & Jubilee Line – around 15 minutes
- Woolwich – around 12 minutes, with Elizabeth Line & DLR
- Greenwich – around 25 minutes
