Room also comes with separate office. It has a desk with a decent office chair and good internet so great if you need a quite place to work or study. These 2 rooms are the only rooms at 1 end of the house, so you have your own separate hallway from the other housemates. 760pcm

I am a Landlord that cares. If something breaks I get it fixed.
Only decent people please, ideally long term.
The house has 3 working, friendly guys. One from Romania. Ex head chef with good English. Has been at the property for more than 4 years.
He vapes, outside only. So no smoking in the house.

The 2nd Guy is from Albania. Works in Construction very friendly and clean. Has been my tenant for around 18 months now.

The 3rd Guy is Indian, working for a Bank in the City.

From the house it's a 1 min walk to the bus stop for an easy ride to Greenwich Uni both campuses and North Greenwich for Canary Wharf workers. Or an easy 12min walk to Kidbrooke station in Zone 3. Easy for London Bridge, Cannon St or Charing Cross. 20-25 mins for City workers.

House also has off street parking for 1 car, and free on street parking for a number of cars as it's a corner house. Has a low maintenance backyard, with a GAZEBO! Great for BBQ's, or evening drinks see pics.... Also has decent shed with quality covered bike storage, including a side gate so you don't need to take your bike through the house!

There are 3 double rooms and 1 single in the house the single room also comes with the office.

I'm looking for someone long term ideally that expect things to be clean (happy to do their bit) and are house proud. Would be great if you are the type of person that likes to put their little touches about the place to make things more homely.
