Small Double room - short let only

Room is available from 1st November only for a short term let at least 1 to 3 months, bills are included

I'll be away for some weeks while travelling, so you may have the flat to yourself at times.

The room is in a lovely two-bed flat with a balcony. It's fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a table and a side table, and bed linen can be provided. The flat is modern, warm and comfortable, and you'd be sharing with one other woman.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Eltham station, with direct trains to London Bridge and Cannon Street (20 mins) and Victoria and Charing Cross (30 mins). The neighbours are friendly, and the high street is just 5 minutes away for food shopping. There's a post office opposite, plus a pharmacy, café and pub close by.

I'm hoping to share with someone considerate and relatively tidy. I enjoy sports, yoga and hiking, and the flat has a calm, relaxed feel. If you're interested, drop me a line and tell me a bit about yourself.
