I am going to be away travelling for a couple of months and am looking for someone responsible to let my 1 bedroom flat.

Ideal for anyone in need of a short term rental.

Price is £1800 p/m or £450p/w (bills not included). I’m ideally looking for someone to take it for the whole period up until Mid Jan but am open to other arrangements.

Bills are £200 p/m or £50 p/w extra and include Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, and Internet.

I live alone so you will have the whole apartment to yourself. It's in a secure block in an amazing location on Essex road, N1, in Islington between Dalston, Angel, and Shoreditch.

I can organise viewings anytime on weekdays or weekends, although weekdays are better.. Also happy to begin with a virtual viewing as well if you prefer.

Please be aware I require you to sign a short term rental agreement and will also need a photocopy of your passport and ideally the full rent and bills paid upfront plus a security deposit of (£1000) when I hand over the keys. The security deposit will be returned once I have the keys back and can see there has been no damage to my flat/furniture etc...

Happy to send you a copy of my passport too for your peace of mind as well. I can also put you in touch with and provide references from previous short-term tenants I have had in the last 12 months.
