I am going away mid May and looking for someone responsible to sublet my 1 bedroom flat.

It is available however from April 28 - July 5,

Ideal for anyone in need of a short term rental.

Price is £1800 p/m or £450 p/w bills included. I’m ideally looking for someone to take it for the whole period up until July 5.

I live alone so you will have the whole apartment to yourself. It's in a secure block in an amazing location on Essex road, N1.

I can organise viewings anytime this week and weekend if you would like to view the property... happy to begin with a virtual viewing as well if you prefer.

Please be aware I require you to sign a short term sublet licence agreement and will also need a photocopy of your passport and security deposit of (£1800) when I hand over the keys. The security deposit will be returned once I have the keys back and can see there has been no damage to my flat/furniture etc...

Happy to send you a copy of my passport too for your peace of mind as well. I can also put you in touch with and provide references from previous short-term tenants I have had in the last 12 months.
