Monday-Friday Let: Lovely Room in Islington

This is a part-time let, ranging from one night per week to Monday-Friday — it's perfect for commuters or hybrid workers.

Rent is £250 per month for one night per week, £350 for two, £450 for three, £600 for four and £750 for Monday to Friday. All bills included.

Please note the number of nights is fixed, so rent stays the same each month.

The room is in a two-bedroom, two-storey maisonette on the second floor. It's fully furnished, with a queen bed, ample storage space and plenty of light.

You'd be sharing the flat with me and my cat Edie. I'm a lifestyle writer and would be keen to share with a fellow professional or older student.

- Under three minutes' walk from Essex Road Station

- Under 15 minutes' walk to Highbury and Islington Station

- Under 20 minutes' walk to Angel Station, or a short bus ride

- Several bus stops very close by, with buses including 73, 38, 56, 271, 341, 476
