Spacious double room near Essex Road

About the room/flat/area:
The room is available from the 1st of September till the end of the year, with potential to extend in the new year for the right person.
The room is spacious, bright & furnished. The flat has two rooms, one of which is occupied by myself. The flat is nice & cosy. It comes with a joint kitchen & lounge and a shared bathroom.
The property is located in a vibrant area, with Essex Road and Upper Street around the corner from it. Essex Road station is two minutes away, Highbury & Islington and Angel stations are about 10 minutes away on foot.

About you:
I am looking for someone clean & tidy - the flat isn’t the biggest so it is important to keep the communal areas in order. I’m also looking for someone who doesn’t smoke and doesn’t work from home. This is a quiet environment and not a party house so it is important that you treat it as such. Given the size of the flat, guests are generally not allowed overnight unless special circumstances occur.

About me:
My name is Silvia and I work in a special school. I am Italian and have been living in London (and Angel!) for over 10 years. I have spent the last 3 in this flat. I’m into food and fashion and like a chat. I am very sensitive to noise and smells and I would like you to respect that. I enjoy solo time as well as spending time together if you are the right person and hopefully you are a mixture of both too.
