Looking for someone to takeover my room in a 3-bed flat on Essex Road as I am sadly moving out!

Great room and house - I have lived here for 3 years and it has treated me very well. We have a shared courtyard with our friendly neighbours - great for Summer drinks & bbqs ☀️

💰£945 for rent & all bills (includes fortnightly cleaner)

👯‍♀️ sharing with two amazing girls - Maelle & Este aged 30 & 37. Both working & both studying part time - Maelle completing her PhD and Este her Masters (smart chicas). Everyone in the flat has their own life & social groups but we also love the occasional wine/pub night together 🍷

Location is really great, close access to De Beauvoir for all of the cute pubs, cafes and wine bars. 5x bus routes that go directly past the house. Easy access to Angel station for the Northern line (20min walk or 5min on the bus). 15min walk to H&I station or 10min walk to Canonbury overground.

**Important FYI is that this house has no living room, only a shared kitchen space. Has never been an issue for me but wanted to specify!
