Looking for someone to move into this spacious three-storey townhouse with me, near Euston (Zone 1), with excellent transport links across London. The house is owned by my friend and is spread across three floors, with each bedroom situated on its own level. There's also a roof terrace, a kitchen patio/BBQ area, large living room, downstairs WC and plenty of space throughout. It's a really great home in a fantastic location.

I'm a 33-year-old professional working in media sales and looking for a friendly, considerate housemate. I enjoy music, fitness, travelling, food, and making the most of everything London has to offer.

The room is available from the end of June 2026 until the end of May 2027.

The arrangement is intentionally a little more flexible than a typical London rental. As a result, the rent is very competitive for the area and the quality of the property. There is a simple two-month notice period, making it ideal for someone who wants stability without being tied into a lengthy fixed-term contract.

Rent: £1,300 per month

Council Tax Band E (£224 per month). Gas is included. Electricity, water and WiFi are additional and shared between us.
