2 Double Bedrooms Available in a 4BHK near Euston!

Hi! We're two postgraduate students looking for two other flatmates to complete our lovely home! We'd prefer female students. We are postgraduate students studying at the LSE and the Courtauld Institute of Art.

About the flat:
The flat has 4 bedrooms, and comes furnished with double beds, desks, wardrobes and chairs. The windows are east-facing and get tons of morning and afternoon light.

The kitchen comes with an oven, fridge, and a dining table. It is on the smaller side, but it works for us!

The bathroom and toilet are separate - we have a bathtub.

About the area:
Londis and Robert Street Supermarket are a 3-minute walk away, with bus stops right outside the flat. Two streets away, we have Regents Park, and a 7-minute walk gets you to Great Portland Street, Euston and Euston Square stations. The area is quite residential and extremely safe, quiet, with rarely any noise pollution during the night.

There's a nice bit of culture nearby as well: We have Drummond Street for food from around the world, and the Wellcome Collection and British Library are a 10-15 min walk away. Oxford Street and King's Cross are a stone's throw away too, although the best thing about living in this flat is that Regent's Park is basically our backyard!

About the Rooms:
We have 2 rooms, one about 8x10ft, and another 11x9ft. The smaller room is £1050 per month, while the bigger room is £1150 per month. Bills come out to £50 pppm, excluding council tax, which is around £120 pppm. Both rooms have double beds (the smaller room has a small double).
