Spacious single room with desk + wardrobe.

Two available rooms are on the same floor as the kitchen and will share a bathroom. The flat is currently being renovated. It has a washing machine + two fridges, and plenty of storage.

No deposit- just 2 months’ rent upfront to secure the room.
