hi girlies, my name is nabeehah (23)! I'm a recent UCL grad who's now working in a hospital as a pharmacist :)

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely friends room <3

• £1,150/month + bills (approx £150 incl council tax)

• Large bedroom with a super king-size bed

• I've included pics from the agency (although the mirror wardrobe is no longer there!)

• Super high floor with an insane view of London / regents park!

The location is AMAZING

• 5 mins from Great Portland Street & Warren Street

• 10 mins from Euston

• Around 30 mins walk to Leicester Square

I save SO much money by not commuting, so this would be especially perfect if you work centrally!

The building is on a council estate with a really lovely, kind and diverse community 🤍

One important thing to note: there is no separate living room, as the original living room has been converted into a bedroom.

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally another young working professional! I’m super relaxed and really just want someone who is kind, respectful and considerate of each other’s space.

I’d obviously also love someone who can be a friend!

The landlord/estate agent (Chestertons) will be doing a reference check, including checking employment and salary, so it would be great if you could provide this information when you message me.
