Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my current room as I am planning on moving out.

It’s in a great location:
- Less than a 2 minute walk from Euston Square Station

- Less than 5 minutes from Euston and Warren Street stations

- Multiple bus stops in the vicinity and within walking distance

- Super close to Bloomsbury (ideal for UCL and University of London students) and Tottenham Court road, as well as a 10-15 minute walk away from both Oxford Street and Camden on either side

- Multiple restaurants, pubs and stores in and around the area, but the room is pretty quiet even on typically busy nights like weekends.

There are three bathrooms in the house, and a shared kitchen, which is fully equipped along with appliances/kitchenware if needed.

The current flatmates are either postgrad or undergrad students.

All bills are included in the rent.
