-Double room located in central London. The property is a 3-bed flat located on the 3rd floor of an 18-storey building

Transportation links:
* 3-5 mins walk to Warren Street (Northern and Victoria)
* 8-10 mins walk to Euston Station (Overground, Northern and Victoria)
* 5-7 mins walk to Great Portland Station (Circle, Hammersmith, Metropolitan)
* 20 mins walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras International

The place is very accessible for young professionals working within central London. There are a range of supermarkets and cafes in Regents Place and Warren Street, with Oxford Street and Camden market also within walking distance. The flat is around 10 minutes walk from Regents Park which is good for running/walking.

The flat has shared bathroom and toilet (bath and toilet are in separate rooms). The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with all the basics (washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, etc.). We always keep the place clean and tidy and have a shared cleaning rota. The flat does not have a living room.

Nikko works as a nurse at UCLH.
Corrin is doing a PhD and works at UCL based in the London Center for Nanotechnology.

You will be taking the third room in the flat which is a decent size bedroom. It has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, shelving and a coffee table.
