Double Room in Farringdon (EC1) + small balcony

I’m renting out a double room with a small balcony in our lovely 3-bed flat in Farringdon and am looking for someone to move in from the 1st of August! Here’s a bit more info:

Location📍: The flat is located in Farringdon, only a 5-minute-walk from the tube station with loads of bus stops around as well. Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury and Pret are just across the road, and Exmouth Market is right around the corner for great coffee, food, and vibes.

Flat 🏡: The flat is in a secure, gated community with communal gardens. There is also a lovely day-time porter who is super friendly and helpful. You’d be living in a 3-bed flat on the second floor (top floor) with a kitchen that opens up to a large living room. The flat gets loads of natural light and the living room is super spacious. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. I’ve lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love it - it really feels like home. I also have a great relationship with the landlord, which has made everything super smooth.

Personally, I would consider myself a very friendly, calm and respectful flatmate, who values coming home to a peaceful and clean space - especially during the week. That said, I’m also quite sociable and enjoy a good chat, pub trip, or movie night!
