The building is designed by Amin Taha (Groupwork) and the location is great for transport / and a lot to do around, right next to Exmouth Market
You’ll be sharing the flat with my friend Ethan, he’s a lovely guy, now working as a professional in an architecture office.
It’s a room + wc and a large shared living space. The rent is £1400 at the moment. The move in is on the 15th of July but am flexible with the move-in date if you’re unsure.
I’m leaving the flat as I will be moving alone so my parents can visit me more often.
