Double room for rent : Farringdon St

Hi,

We are letting a double room in a shared flat right next to Farringdon station. The flat has three rooms in total with a shared living room and kitchen.

You will be sharing the flat with two working professionals, from the UK and France. Both work from the office half the time and rest from home. You will have ample space to setup a work station at home if needed.

This is not a subcontractor, but taking over an existing one. If you are interested, your details will be passed on to the realtor. You will have to go through a reference and background verification process post which you will be added to the contract.

Water and gas bills are included in the rent. You will be sharing council tax, wifi, electricity and maid. One change is the deposit. The deposit will be 1330 pounds as it was split between us before the new law went into action. So you will be taking over my part of the deposit.
