This has been my home for the past 2.5 years. Have absolutely loved it and how central it is - I am only renting it out while I’m abroad for a work placement - I will be back beginning of March and will need the flat back for then

The flat is very large for the location and price. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen (that is separate from the living room - an added bonus!) and a bathroom. It has plenty of storage space and I will leave the flat furnished for you.

The landlord is very easy going and anything that needs fixing is done very quickly and to a high standard.

IMPORTANT:
I am for looking for someone reliable, respecting, clean and tidy. If you are interested, please be prepared with the following:
- Valid passport
- Two landlord references
- Proof of income / study letter
- Right to rent evidence (e. g visa if you are an international student)
- Guarantor details (if applicable)

Note that I would prefer a single person (rather than couple) with the ability to pay either the 6 months upfront or upfront 2 month instalments (just landlord preference).
