Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to rent a lovely furnished flat in Farringdon as I am heading back home for Christmas. It’s directly opposite Farringdon Station and just a short walk from Chancery Lane and St Paul.

- Dates: 5 Dec to 2 Jan
- Rent: £350pw (bills included except electricity)
- Looking for someone who can take from 3 weeks onwards

The flat is in an excellent central London location:
- Farringdon Station: 1-minute walk (multiple tube lines)
- Chancery Lane Station: 3-minute walk
- Lots of tourist attractions within walking distance
- 10 mins walk to LSE & KCL, and 10 mins tube to UCL
- Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose all nearby

About Me
I studied at UCL for my undergraduate degree and Imperial College London for my Master’s, and I currently work in consulting. I keep a clean and tidy home and would love to share the flat with someone who is clean, non-smoker and doesn’t bring overnight guests.
