Professionals working in the city will save hours of time commuting from this well-equipped double room. My walk to work is <10 minutes, and I'm leaving only to move in with my partner.

Farringdon station is a ~50 second walk away- 1 stop to King's Cross. You'll be 10 mins from the Barbican centre for cinema (and a great library), and 10 mins from the chic Exmouth Market for EU-style cafe bars (and great sushi). Clerkenwell green is around the corner, housing a Waitrose for groceries.

Your flatmates are sophisticated professionals who work hard and keep to themselves. One is a neuroscience PhD student who develops her own film photos at the local darkroom, and the other is a young entrepeneur with his own startup who's here completing a Masters.

The PhD student has her own en-suite, so you'll share your bathroom (bidet included!) with ONE other person. Flat kept beautifully clean; current practice is to hire a maid 2x per month.

Some bills (water and heating) are included in price; pay only electricity, wifi, and council tax (Band G) on top of ridiculously low rent.

Move in between September 13th-26th: rent due 27th. Deposit is £1300.
