We are a lovely, friendly family of 2, all working professionals who are looking for a flatmate to fill in our spare room. This room gives full privacy in our 3 level house, located on the top floor. It has a shower and toilet, a working space with a desk, wardrobe space, and a TV. A bed and matress is also already provided.
You also have access to our kitchen.
We are looking for 1-2 female roommates, preferably a student.
If only 1, the rent will be £900
If it’s for 2, the rent will be £1700
You have your own fridge/freezer.
Please note we have a friendly pet cat.
