Double room in cosy Finchley flat 🌸🌈🎨🔮

Hello, our lovely flatmate is moving so we are looking for someone to take their double room in our Finchley flat.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe,, nightstand, and storage cubes. The flat has a warm cozy vibe while still having lots of communal space with a great sized living room and a balcony. We have a washing machine in the kitchen, and a TV and Xbox with most of the streaming services in the living room. We've been here for 4 years, with a lovely landlord and the flat above a newsagent which is very handy!

About us! Caitlyn (they/she), 30, neurodivergent, is a wardrobe supervisor, amazing at sewing and costumes. Originally from California, they like theatre, video games, and anything with witchy vibes. They do cool fantasy photoshoots where they model and style themselves. When they have time, they like to bake and share with the flat.

Hannah (she/they) 28, from the Highlands, Scotland. I'm a set and costume designer for theatre and folklorist. I love wild swimming, nature, a National Trust site, and anything medieval.

We both like going out to pub, museums, theatre and love a themed bar, but we also really like cozy nights in playing board games, doing crafts, or watching films. We both play dnd and take turns dm-ing in our current group. We are both queer and go to a lot of medieval and fantasy events.

We are a tidy flat but understand life can get in the way sometimes. We both work in theatre and there are points where our schedules are incredibly busy. We occasionally keep odd hours, mainly working nights. It’s really important we find someone we can be comfortable and friendly with, but of course, we respect personal space and downtime.
