Large 2 bed flat, Finchley Central

Hi,

I'm looking for a lodger.

The room is 3.65m x 3.15m so a decent size. The room has copious amounts of storage with an ottoman bed, a large wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

There's a large living room with a lovely bay window which lets in lots of light. The living room is 5.4m x 4m. The bedrooms are far apart at each end of the flat.

There's access to a garden area which I've recently landscaped. Currently it is great to dry laundry.

There's one bathroom with a separate WC. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, easy going and just looking for somewhere quiet to chill in the evening.

I'm happy to consider both 5 days a week and full time flatmate.
