Luxury Double Room in a newly renovated Flat

Hi there!

I've just moved into my flat and I'm looking for a friendly, clean person to move into the second bedroom. You'll have the luxury of ample storage, your own modern bathroom with power shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage and many cooking accessories (and use of an airfryer and Vitamix Blender!)

All bills are included in the price (there may be a small adjustment during the winter months if gas prices go crazy). I will have a cleaner come in fortnightly to clean communal areas (we can discuss if you want your room cleaned too)

I'm looking for someone who'll help make the house a home by creating good vibes. I'm no longer a party person and prefer having the home as a place of rest and relaxation. I'm very easy going, and hope I'll find someone who'll be chill!

I haven't included the living room in the listing, as I work from home and need the space for my work. However if I'm not there, you're more than welcome to use the space,

About me: I was born in London, but lived in Paris for the past 7 years. II work in tech and travel for work once in a while. I love stand up, and used to film for YouTube. I speak English and French.

About the area: Finchley is a beautiful, safe neighbourhood with many parks, good coffee and super easy access to central London. The flat is a 12 minute walk to Finchley Central station. There are plenty of shops (Large Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury's) a walking distance away.
