Single Room in Finchley Central

Hi there,

I’m looking for a flatmate for single room in two bedroom flat located 10 mins away from Finchley Central station. The room room is single but pretty spacious.

There’s living room with sofa and tv to share and sit in Kitchen with gas stove and electric oven. Bathroom is quite spacious with tub and washer + dryer. Terrace with artificial grass, table and two chairs set. Stand for barbecue.

There’s park 2 mins away and the high street is 7-8 mins walk or 2 mins by bus. Bus stops 1 min away for buses 382 and 143. It’s located next to A406 and A1 for the people who drives. We have an allocated car park for the building.

The room consists of single bed and double wardrobe. There’s room for a desk as well if someone would like to bring one.

There’s additional space at the loft that I use for storage. It’s accessible by ladder.

You’ll be sharing the flat only with me. Working professional for London Underground as an engineer. Like to keep everything clean and tidy. Like reading and occasionally going out for a drink on the weekend, or glass of wine in the evening. I like to socialise but also I enjoy my own space and privacy. I’m quite sporty person and like to go gym and love running(few half marathons completed 💪) I also enjoy a night out when possible and with right company.

The flat is quite spacious. Living room with two(one double once triple lazy boy) sofas, coffee table and TV.

The kitchen is eat in with all needed appliances. Build in fridge, oven/stove and dishwasher. Few Ninja’s and central gas heating with combi boiler.

The bathroom is huge, recently renovated. Separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and additional shelving.

There’s park 5 mins away. Shops(Tesco Extra, and few quite big Iranian/Turkish shops) 10-15 mins walking. 10 mins away from high street.
