Room currently has a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Can come furnished or unfurnished.

Our beloved Sophie is moving out after a year with us so we have a fantastic ground floor double bedroom available in a large four-bedroom house in Finchley Central (N3); a five minute walk from Finchley Central underground station (Northern Line) and less than 30mins to central London.



We’d like to keep the male/female balance so are looking for a sociable, professional female to join the house on September 27th (based on background checks by the landlady).

We're a sociable and very laid back household and are looking to find a new housemate that is interested in being a part of an open and friendly living environment.



We enjoy going out to bars, restaurants, watching good films and TV and the occasional board game and always enjoy meeting new people and generally experiencing London on the whole.



We like to have a laugh and are looking for someone who is laid-back, sociable and tidy to join us.

The property is a large four-bedroom house on Dollis Road, a short walk from Finchley Central Underground station; which has:

The room available is a double bedroom on the ground floor

- Bed, drawers, desk, wardrobe and chair (with the option to get rid of them if you’d rather bring your own furniture).

- Council tax, broadband, water, gas & electricity paid monthly, (Works out around £100ish per month depending on current global crisis)

- Deposit of £825

The house is a short walk from Finchley Central, which includes the following:

- A large Tesco store & Sainsbury's local

- Nice parks, including the Dollis valley Green walk (approx. 45mins to Hampstead Heath)

- 30-35 minutes from Camden, Euston, Kings Cross
