I'm looking for a friendly, easygoing flatmate to share this first-floor flat on a quiet residential street in Finchley, N3. No deposit required.

A comfortable double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, overbed storage, desk and a wall-mounted TV.

The communal space is a big, bright open-plan kitchen and living room, with big bay windows facing South-East. The kitchen has a wooden-topped island with a gas hob, storage and a dishwasher.

There's also a dedicated utility room with a washing machine and overhead drying rack.

Modern, recently tiled bathroom with a bath and shower.

I'm a self-employed professional working in film and TV. It's just me living here, so it's a calm, relaxed home. I'm friendly and sociable, but I also respect everyone's need for their own space.

Finchley Central (Northern line) is a 10 minute walk - 25 minutes door-to-door to Kings Cross.

The high street is a 10-minute walk, with plenty of shops, cafés and everything you need day to day.
