This is Angela and Jorge, and we are currently looking for our new roomate to share our lovely flat in Finchley Road.

About the ROOM:
The available room would be available from the 16th of October and it is perfect for those seeking a private sanctuary within a shared living space. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, two bed side tables, one chest of drawers and a huge built-in wardrobe. It has plenty of natural light through a big window from where you would observe birds, squirrels and a little fox playing around the little forest. 🦊 🐿️
The room is £850 pcm plus bills (around £140).

About the FLAT:
The flat is fully furnished and it features a spacious living room where we socialise and watch our favourite TV shows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential and recently our landlord provided us with a new oven and stove.
Regarding the bathroom, the flat features a shared one for the three of us, which we keep clean and well-maintained at all the times.
For those who love some fresh air, the flat also has a small balcony, perfectly for our coffee meeting or evening relaxation.

About the NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The flat is about 3 min from Finchley Road Underground Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan line), 3 min from Finchley and Frognal Court Overground (towards Clapham Junction and towards Stratford), 1 min from Bus Stops (numbers 13, 113, 187, you will be in Oxford Street in 15min) and 2 min from National Express busses towards Luton and Stansted airports, and different cities of UK.
About the neighbourhood, you would find O2 Shopping center (ALDI, Sainsbury’s, Vue cinema and other restaurants and shops), Waitrose and Tesco, GP, four gyms and plenty of shops and restaurants.

About US:
We are two Spanish guys who have been living in the flat for 3 years now, for us it is our HOME in London. We love plants, you would see them among the flat, everywhere!! 🪴🌵🪴🌵

Ángela currently works as Barista close to our place, and she makes the best coffees in the area ☕️ she loves handcraftedted work, going for a long walks and being updated about social media.

Myself, Jorge I work in Retail Industry as a Manager, and in my free time I love everything regarding DIY, long walks and going with my rollers around London 🛼, also I currently back to Yoga 🧘🏼‍♂️

About YOU:
We are currently looking for an outgoing and friendly person who loves socialising and is eager to become part of our flat share family.
Someone who understands the importance of cleanliness and is willing to contribute the upkeep of our shared spaces.
Also, is really important to have a stable job and a permanent contract, as this is a requirement from the agency.
