Spacious Room in Beautiful West Hampstead Flat – July Sublet (Bills Included)

I’m subletting my room for the month of July in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in West Hampstead.

The flat is in a great location — just a 5-minute walk to West Hampstead tube/overground, 10 minutes to Hampstead, and around 15 minutes to Hampstead Heath, so you’ve got great cafés, shops, and green space all on your doorstep. Transport links are excellent with Jubilee, Metropolitan, Northern lines and Overground all within a 10-minute walk.

The room itself is large and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed, sofa, desk, and built-in wardrobe space, so it works really well whether you’re working from home or just want a relaxed base in London.

The flat has a big open-plan kitchen and living room, which is bright and social without being hectic. There’s also a shared bathroom.

You’d be living with my best friend, who works full-time (9–7, Monday to Friday), so the flat is generally calm during the week but more relaxed and sociable in the evenings and weekends. It’s a friendly home, but equally respectful of personal space — ideal for someone who wants a peaceful, well-located base in London for a month.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to enjoy the space while I’m away.
