Searching for a roomate (girl) to share a flat

The flat is located at 360 Finchley Road, in a beautiful Victorian-style building, just a 10-minute walk from ESCP.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. It has a living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen and a balcony, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet. There is also a TV and Wi-Fi, and water and electricity are included.

The total rent is £2,750 per month, and the rent for the available room would be £1,325 per month.

The available bedroom has a double bed. I’ll add photos so you can see the room and the flat in more detail.

The building is a charming Victorian property. Please note that there is no lift, and the flat is on the first floor.

About the roommate I’m looking for :
I’m preferably looking for a girl aged around 18–21, who is non-smoking, calm and respectful.

I’d really like to have a roommate who could also become a friend and with whom I can have a great year in London. I’m looking for someone easy-going, clean and respectful, with whom we can get along well and have a really nice living environment together.

I’m not looking for a party flat. I’d prefer someone who enjoys a quiet and peaceful lifestyle, is focused on her studies and doesn’t drink or smoke. I’d also prefer no parties or gatherings at the flat and no regular guests coming over. The flat is really our home and a place to relax, study and feel comfortable.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has a similar routine and doesn’t regularly come home very late at night. Most importantly, I’d love for us to respect each other, get along well and have a drama-free year together.
