MONDAY to FRIDAY let, from 1st September: Bright & cosy double room with en suite compact shower and WC. The room is in a quiet, clean and roomy 2-bed flat. Rent includes weekly professional clean & bed linen. The room is also available for occasional weekends at pro-rata rate.
The flat is spread over the top two floors of a Victorian townhouse and is occupied by myself (homeowner) and a sweet, rarely seen short-haired cat. My partner is occasionally around too, although he lives elewhere. Shared kitchen & balcony.
Brilliant location in Stroud Green area of Finsbury Park. A 4-minute walk to Finsbury Park station for the excellent Victoria & Piccadilly underground lines (both with trains every 1-3 minutes during peak hours). Direct links to Heathrow and Gatwick. 5 minutes to St Pancras International. Two bus terminals serving routes in all directions. Superb for fast access to Central London: 5 mins to Kings Cross; 10 Mins to Oxford Circus... Finsbury Park station is in Zone 2.
The house is close to the open spaces of Finsbury Park itself and Parkland Walk nature trail. The neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets and good independent restaurants, cafes, pubs etc - everything you need.
About me (live-in landlord): I'm an easy-going & busy artist & tutor, looking for a friendly, clean & considerate professional for a weekday let (as my current tenant is nearing the end of his contract to work in London.)
