About the house/room
We're looking for a couple or one person for this large room with an en suite in our house thats 5 mins from both clissold Park and Manor House Station. The house has a large garden and storage space in the garage. There is an extremely large fridge freezer and spare fridge in the garage. The room comes unfurnished but has built in wardrobes and a storage space in the loft. There is also an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, cabinet and shelving.
About us:
Two friendly single working tenants live in the smaller rooms of the property. We don't tend to have parties and prefer the house to be a relaxed social place. There is a large TV with virgin that we tend to watch in the evenings. There is always someone to hang out or cook with but also have our own lives.
About you:
We're just looking for someone/a couple who are relaxed and tidy in their late twenties to early forties.
There is a small amount of garage space available.
The room is available until 10th January at which point the lady lady is taking back the house so it's a short'ish term agreement.
