1 doubled bedroom

Hello we have a double bedroom fully furnished with bathroom next door to the room which will be shared with another girl who’s friendly and clean . We are a small young family living in the house it’s myself my husband , 2 children aged 5 and 2 . We spend all our time on the ground floor as our rooms are located there and the room available is top floor so in its own area away from ground floor . We also have a dog who’s mostly outside or away in his little room . The bills are fully included for example gas/electric. We have kitchen and laundry room that can be used as well as a large garden . We are located a 10 minutes walk to both Finsbury Park and Manor House station . We’re very friendly people and easy going (females preferred) thank you
