Hello!

I’m looking for a flatmate to share this lovely Stroud Green flat. The move-in date is 15 July, and there is only a little flex with that. I rent through an agency who do all the usual checks.

So about the place: it’s a 2-bed split-level ground floor flat with a garden that’s shared with the upstairs neighbour. The flat is really big, bright and the area is super quiet. Most of it’s currently furnished with my stuff, but some bits and pieces can easily be moved about if you'd like to add something. The flat is a lot bigger than the pictures show - it has high ceilings upstairs and big windows. It feels more like a house because it's across levels too. Bills will come to about £200 a month each, including high speed internet. And for any bath lovers, we do have a bath. There's on-road parking as well.

Your room would be downstairs (yes, stairs in a London flat) and has a unique little private outdoor space that only you can access. The room has a big wardrobe, but no bed. It's a really good sized room - to give you a sense, it currently has a very large desk in it and used to have a keyboard as well. You'd be on a separate floor to my room, so there's added privacy there as well. If you need a chest of drawers, I might be able to provide one.

The area is lovely. We’re a 15ish minute walk from Finsbury Park, Crouch End and Green Lanes. There’s Harringay train station less than 5 minutes away - it goes into Moorgate and out to Hertfordshire. You have endless restaurants nearby and pretty much everything you need is in walking distance - gyms, cinemas, shops etc.

About me: I’m Hannah and I work in digital. I’m friendly, sociable and funny. I love all the usual stuff - reading, eating out, the theatre, films. I’ve been living here for over 5 years and absolutely love it. The flat is my happy place.

I’m looking for someone chilled, who’s up for the occasional film night or dinner. My flatmate and I have got a good balance of respecting each other's space and having a laugh. He is moving out to live with his girlfriend. If you’re keen on a pub quiz then we’ll get on swimmingly. It’s a peaceful place though, so I’m not interested in making it a party spot.

That’s it! If you’re interested, please drop me a line with a few details about yourself, when you're looking to move and any questions you might have.
