The flat has modern furnitures and kitchen with all the appliances.
The building has enclosed bike storage and communal area with secure door and CCTV cameras where you can park a motorbike.
Flat/room comes fully furnished (mattress topper, double duvet and rug are available if you need)
I am an easy going professional Greek guy (work in Hospitality as Manager) who enjoys to hang out but also enjoy my own space from time to time.
I rarely work from home and I usually work on Saturday mornings.
The location is well connected with most of central areas (5 minutes to King’s Cross, 15 to Green Park, 15 to Moorgate).
The place is great for someone who wants to live in a clean new tidy flat, a place I find myself calling it home.
