Double room in lovely duplex with private balcony

Hi. I have a bedroom available for a short term let (1 month or more) during the period December 15-March 15. for 1 person ( no couples) in my duplex (ground floor open plan kitchen, dining and living) and first floor (double bedrooms x2 and bathroom). The duplex is shared with me ( I am a 55 year old lawyer) and 2 unobtrusive cats, plants and some fish. The room (3.5m x 3.5 m) is well sized and fully furnished (standard double, desk, small chest of drawers, wall shelving and 2m of clothes rail) No additional furniture accepted. The room can be accessed via a private external staircase to the bedroom's balcony . The arrangements would suit someone who needs a hassle free place to move to at short notice or someone who has a short term work contract in London. All bills paid by landlord. The bathroom, ground floor dining room and kitchen are shared.
