Sunny double room in Finsbury Park (Mon - Fri)

Hello! I'm looking for a mon-fri lodger for a lovely south facing spareroom. Available from Monday 2nd March 2026.

THE ROOM:
Sunny and bright double room at the back of the flat, overlooking a quiet garden. Furnished with: a Scandi style bed, blackout curtains, solid Victorian chest of drawers, brass hooks for hanging clothes, mirror, & set of shelves.

THE FLAT & AREA:
A two bed flat, in the heart of Finsbury Park, round the corner from supermarkets (Sainsburys/M&S/Lidl), a Picturehouse cinema, PureGym, Gails bakery, and brilliant range of restaurants & wine bars.

Finsbury Park is 5mins walk away, with a boating lake, cafe and tennis courts.
Beautiful Parkland walk from Finsbury Park taking you through tree tops into Crouch Hill and onto Highgate and Muswell Hill.

You would be living with myself (an actor/teacher) and a ridiculously sweet cat, Sheebs (who doesn't know what it means to scratch/bite, only how to purr and strike a pose). I keep the flat clean & tidy, and enjoy being both sociable and having evenings in.

Living room/kitchen is open plan, with all normal things including washing machine, coffee machine, tv with amazon prime/iplayer etc. Also big sofa & lovely piano.

The bathroom is shared. Towels & bed linen can be provided. Happy to clean sheets fortnightly. You're welcome to keep things in the room over the weekend, although I'd occasionally have family/friends to stay at weekends in the room :)
