Lovely double room with its own balcony and views of the park in a new build flat on the 7th floor. Includes access to a large residents’ lounge that people use for home working, as well as communal garden. 20 seconds walk from the tube. Bathroom is only shared with our 8 year old son, as we have own bathroom (which he mostly uses too tbh). There is a Gymbox and a Picturehouse in the building, with M&S downstairs, and the park a minute away. Fully furnished, all bills included, would be on a lodger contract.
Must be child friendly, pet friendly and lgbt friendly (two dad family with a French bulldog and a British shorthair cat). Flat available for viewing. We’ve usually had students take the room over the years and always found people who are a great fit, so info about yourself is really helpful with any viewing request.
Our current lodger is moving out 14 September, so we’re open to someone moving in from then onwards. What we usually do with students is make a lodger agreement until Xmas, and then start a new one in the New Year if both sides are happy to renew (which we always have been).
