Double room in Finsbury Park

Lovely sunny double room on the first floor of a terraced house located on a quiet street in Finsbury Park.

THE ROOM:
The room is a furnished double room including a double bed with underbed storage drawers, freestanding double wardrobe, feature bookshelf, chair, mirror, robe hooks and shelf.

SHARED FACILITIES:
The room is on the first floor of a 3 bedroom terraced house and has shared use of the main bathroom, kitchen / diner, spacious living room and rear & front gardens.

You will sharing with me, my partner, potentially annother part-time lodger and a very friendly medium-sized dog. We work from home a few days a week and in an office the rest.

It is important that you like dogs as our cockapoo Roxy has befriended both our previous lodgers and frequently hung out with them in the room in the evenings and sometimes overnight!

We may also have a second furnished double room in the same house becoming available in the near future.

THE LOCATION:
The property is located in the heart of Finsbury Park and has excellent transport links and easy access to local amenities. Finsbury Park Station (Victoria & Piccadilly Lines & National Rail) and bus station is around 5-6 minutes’ walk from the house.

The Finsbury Park/Stroud Green area has a wide range of local amenities including specialist shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, gyms, cinema, theatre and local parks (etc.).
