Modern, double bedroom around Finsbury Park

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate to takeover one of the bedrooms in our 3 bed-2 bath house (new built).

Location: Finsbury Park. The house is a 14min walk away from Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly lines & National Rail) and has a bus stop right across the street. It is also a 15 minute walk to Archway (Northern line)

About the bedroom: the bedroom is very spacious, has lots of storage as it has a big built in closet, and comes with 2 bedside tables and the bed frame. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and you would only share it with one other girl.

Flatmates: you would share the house with Mariana, Venezuelan/Spanish, who’s a lawyer working in the payment/financial services industry and loves baking (a foodie), travelling and yoga/pilates.

Nam is Australian/Vietnamese, working in the banking industry and loves sports (avid pádel player), travel and likes to cook.

We have been flatmates for about 5 years, both in our 30s and we are looking for someone friendly, appreciates their own space but also would like to have the occasional dinner, drink, movie, etc together.

Room available from 30/06/2026.
Rent: £1180 + bills (includes cleaner every 2 weeks).
Council Tax Band: C - Islington.
