I'm looking for a replacement who will take over my place and leave London soon after the contract ends

3-bedroom property located just a 5-minute walk from Finsbury Park and about 10 minutes from Finsbury Park Station.
A shared living room, a shared kitchen, a separate bathroom, and two additional separate toilets.

The rent is £980 per month, with a deposit of £980. The price includes all bills: water, gas, electricity, and internet WiFi.
However, please note that if the combined gas and electricity bills exceed £150 per month on average, the additional costs will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the tenancy.

This was my room, but due to personal circumstances, I need to move out, so I’m looking for someone to take my place.

The other flatmates are two friendly and respectful individuals:
A 30-year-old Korean male, a PhD student at Imperial College London.
A 29-year-old Korean male, a PhD student at UCL.
Both of them are non-smokers, friendly, and enjoy working out and sharing meals with their flatmates.
