En-suite room in Finsbury Park (bills included)

Hey! I’m looking for a lodger for the en-suite double room in my 2-bed flat. I’m open to short and longer term stays.

The flat is on a quiet residential road and is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station, which has great transport links into the city.

The room is on its own floor with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It also has an ensuite with a shower, for your exclusive use.

You will have access to the kitchen to prepare meals and use the washing machine, but the kitchen and living room are otherwise not for communal use. The setup is therefore best suited to someone who is comfortable with a more independent living arrangement rather than a traditional shared flat.

All bills are included, subject to a fair usage policy.

I’m looking for someone who wants a quiet, relaxing environment to live in, especially during the week. I also value living in a clean and tidy space so am looking for someone who wants the same.
