We have a room available in our lovely flat due to one of our housemates moving back to Australia.

Large double room, with space for desk etc. Bedroom One on the layout picture. £605/month, not including bills (around £90-100/month)
Available late December or from the beginning of January.

- Great location next to Clissold Park, about 15 min walk from Finsbury Park, Arsenal, Manor House (underground) and Canonbury (overground), plus lots of buses to central 5 mins away

- 2nd floor flat, building has a lift
- Double glazing and central heating
- Council tax band C
- Close to shops including Sainsburys Local, gym, pool, cinema at Finsbury Park etc

About us:
We are three women working in the non-profit sector and have been living in the flat long-term.
We’re looking for a friendly woman or non binary people to join our flat share.
Our home is a place to chill out and unwind, and we enjoy cooking and eating together, watching shows, going to gym classes, relaxing in the park etc together.
