Semi-detached with Huge Drive and Garden

We’ve been living at this property for a year and we absolutely love it! One of our housemates is sadly moving out to live with his partner, so we’re looking for a third person to take his place.

The room 🛏️
The room for rent is medium sized with a double bed and two windows that let cold air flow through and lots of light in. It has under bed storage and a big deep built in cupboard, large enough to store sports equipment and lots of clothes. The bathroom is just across the landing.

Location📍
12 mins walk to Finsbury Park and Manor House tube stations.

5 mins walk to one of the best reviewed pubs in London, The Faltering Fullback.

The House 🏡
Three bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite (although not associated with the room currently available, having three does mean you can always use a bathroom)

Large garden, currently got peppers, tomatoes and herbs growing out there. Great for bbqs.

Big communal living room open to the kitchen.

Enough free, off-road, gated parking for at least one more car.

Boring final point but: one of the best insulated houses we’ve ever lived in.

One thing you should know:

The house is next to a train line, you stop noticing this quickly.

Who we’re looking for ✨
Ideally a working professional who is mid-late twenties/early thirties. Someone who is clean and chilled, and keen to make the house a home!

A bit about us 🫶🏻
You’ll be sharing the house with two others. We all get along well and enjoy having a chat in the kitchen/living room.

Sophie (28) who works as a wine waiter and is always keen for a glass of a wine and a night in watching a good Netflix show! 🍷 Also loves reading, puzzling, trying (and sometimes succeeding) to grow things in the garden and a pub trip for a pint! Also part of a TAG rugby team in Finsbury Park.

Aaron (28) Hi there I am a 28 year old easy going Canadian. I am quite sociable and love a good chat.
