This lovely double bedroom is advertised for £1050, including all bills, excluding a £10 monthly kitty. It is officially available from the 14th of July.

It is bigger than it looks in the photos, and featuring super high ceilings, a fireplace feature and large double-glazed bay windows looking onto our lovely residential street, it is bright and airy and gets a ton of natural light. It has dark wooden flooring, a fireand is located on the ground floor of our victorian house. The bedroom comes with basic furnishings including a sturdy wooden double bed frame and firm mattress from Warren Evans, and a white wardrobe (as shown in the photos).

Our location is fantastic:
5 minutes’ walk to Crouch Hill Station (Overground, Suffragette line)
10 minutes to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)
Surrounded by great cafés, eateries, green spaces, and running trails

The house offers:
A spacious kitchen/communal area with a cosy sofa
A laundry/drying room that you can hang and dry your laundry in (a rare London perk!)

About us:

We’re a friendly, peaceful, and tidy household of 4 females (4 bedrooms total). We get along very well - two of my housemates are sisters occupying a room each - they are sadly moving back home to Italy hence I am listing their rooms. I am the tenant of the property. We prefer females but would also consider males as long as they are very clean and respectful of our household dynamics. We respect privacy and personal space, are more introvert-leaning but very friendly and enjoy catching up too. The house has a 'sanctuary' feel, super calm, which we ruly thrive in.

We are looking for housemates that are kind and super clean, long-term more ideal, with an out-of-home working pattern or hybrid setup with a maximum of 2-3 days from home. Not ideal for students.

Cleanliness is the most important thing to us - maintaining a consistently clean and orderly environment is essential, and I cannot overstate this enough. We are also not a typical house where people lock themselves shut in their rooms at all times - we utilise the shared spaces freely and comfortably, and even leave our bedroom doors ajar/open when we are out of the house, which signals a sign of trust and helps us know who's in the house/out.

We have a cleaning rota in place, and each of us is assigned a week when we are in charge of cleaning and replacing bins. This has worked very well.
