Double room in Finsbury Park

the flat:
we live in Blackstock Road (4 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station), in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom flat near Yard Sale Pizza!
The entrance is on the ground floor; the kitchen, bathroom, your room and the living room are on the first floor. No lift, approx 15 steps (feel free to ask for more details!)
Your room is a double, oriented West so you get nice lighting in the evening and won’t get woken up by the sun. we have wooden floors, double glazed windows, and a fully furnished flat. You'll have access to the roof from your room, although you do have to climb through a window for it. Finsbury Park and Clissold Park are a very short walk away.

the people:
We are Bea (she/they) and Luca (she/her), two friends from uni in our late 20s. We both work from home most of the time - Bea works from the living room, but it is always open to everyone. We spend a lot of time together and you are very welcome to join us for movie watching, reading, crafts, ordering pizza... On the weekend we like to go for a pastry in one of the coffee shops around here (we've tried most of them by now!) and a walk if it's nice weather. Hobbies include reading, knitting, crochet, volleyball, tennis, women's football (watching), plus the odd cinema trip or play.

you:
we would like a nice person to replace our current flatmate who was a friend, so we would love a social person who likes to spend time together every now and then! we will also love you if you’re clean
the start date is flexible, we can arrange between you and our friend who is leaving.
pets are considered but the landlord reserves the right to refuse.
