Hi there...
I am looking for a reliable lodger to share my lovely flat in Finsbury Park. Ideally independent/ quiet/clean and tidy but friendly and light hearted also a bonus :) The room is spacious and light with decent storage (haberdashery cabinet & built in storage) and a desk. Some of this can stay or go depending on needs. Large comfy lounge, nice refurbed kitchen with table in it and little balcony for a coffee in the morning sun:) Benefits from being a stone's throw from shops/restaurants/tube/buses etc on Stroud Green Rd whilst being in a quiet spot. Parkland walk less than 5 mins away for nature lovers enjoying a walk to the woods/ Crouch End lido not far for outdoor swimming and sunbathing. I am v chilled at home so looking for someone with a similar mindset. V happy to be social from time to time too though if that suits - I am easy either way on this. You would benefit from having the flat to yourself some weekends while I'm away visiting friends and family. Looking for someone for an initial 6 x month rental - possibility to extend.
