Hey, I am a young professional (Photographer/ Editorial Assistant) in my mid 20's looking to share this spacious top-floor apartment with another like-minded individual.

The room available is a double room with space for a desk and other furniture.

The apartment is located In a great spot within walking distance of Finsbury Park station and is less than 5 minutes walk to Clissold Park and Church street with a mountain of bars, pubs and restaurants with easy bus and train access with the Victoria and Piccadilly Line.

The property comes fully furnished and briefly comprises two double bedrooms, a spacious open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen space (with washing machine) bathroom and a parking space (paid).

The ideal housemate would be female and preferably around my age.
